Shagun Banerjee has more than thirty years of experience in commercial lending and credit. Over his career he has lent more than $5bn through roles that included a long tenure at GE Capital where he also completed the company’s Global Leadership Development Program. He later served as a credit executive with independent approval authority which gave him rare depth in assessing, structuring, and negotiating complex transactions. Today he applies this experience through Capital Options where he champions ambitious Australian mid-market businesses in construction, manufacturing, and services, helping them secure smarter and more flexible capital solutions that are not constrained by traditional banking limitations.
Georgina White has more than twenty years of experience across corporate, retail, and commercial teams. She has led national retail strategy, secured landmark partnerships, and driven complex negotiations at scale, building a reputation as a strategic communications and commercial growth leader. Her career has been defined by helping organisations clarify their value, strengthen their market position, and deliver outcomes that support long term growth. Today she focuses on expanding Capital Options’ impact in Australia’s mid-market by shaping the firm’s strategic direction, partnerships, and communications so more ambitious businesses can access the capital solutions they need to grow.
